I am a planner and love to be organized.  
Moving to middle school will be a challenge in many areas.

    I found myself saying "yup!" to basically every goal you listed here, except that I will be transitioning to ELA/Social Studies departmentalization. I hope you will have lots of blog posts about meeting these goals!
